What we collect

The application form collects your first name, second name, email, phone number, course category and course.

How it is used

YILED uses this information to review your application, contact you about admission and prepare registration if you proceed. Authorised admissions staff can review applications. An application does not create a student login or record a payment.

Corrections and requests

Contact or visit admissions at Silva Complex, along Kyaliwajjala–Namugongo Road, Kyaliwajjala, Uganda to request a correction or ask about your application. Keep your application reference available. Application details are retained in the institute’s management system for admissions administration; they are not published on this website.

Portal access

The portal uses email sign-in. Signing in does not grant access to institute records: the administrator must assign your staff or student account.
